This statement is intended for clarity regarding the services offered in return for membership to A Swarm of Angels. Further amendments may be added when deemed appropriate for the Project.

This site offers membership to the project, A Swarm of Angels, which entitles a member to priority access to any downloads associated with the project, and membership of The Nine Orders boards for a minimum length associated with production of the project. As a member you understand full membership of the organisation to be capped at 50,000 members globally. Other benefits are optional and are at the discretion of the Project. They are dependent on project funding targets being reached, and also on specific wishes of The Swarm members as the project develops. If you purchase membership you understand this is not a feature film investment opportunity. We will endeavour to provide a wide array of additional benefits from membership but have been advised to stress this shall not be a legal requirement of the Project associated with payment. The major creative assets generated by the Project are intended to be generated under and governed by appropriate Creative Commons licenses. This means as a member you are not entitled to any control over the copyright or distribution of any Project assets. These will be freely downloadable and shareable, although exclusive downloads and certain assets will be made available to members on a priority basis and before general release to the public.
