Hi Stephen
The best way to get involved is to join and start interacting on the forums. For example, Timo Hummel, a German composer, joined then submitted trailer music which is used in the final piece.
Thanks for posting, Matt.

Mike, Thanks for taking the time to comment. You’ll be one of the first to receive an invite-only registration. Sorry it took so long to reply, I was in NY-LA exhibiting Swarm as part of The Creators Series. - Matt

Matt–
I’d love to be part of this asap. I’m a copywriter (for a NYC ad agency) — would love to help with marketing/advertising — and a screenwriter — would love to help with the script, scenes, punching up dialog, etc.
Please let me know.

I’m Curious,
Do all the members and collaborators share in the revenue that this film makes or are they essentially paying you for the right to provide you with free skilled labor?
I like the idea behind this and understand that funding is required to successfully carry it out, I just don’t thing a membership fee is very “open”
Thanks
Al

@al: we had a vote earlier in the project and any extra revenue goes into the next production, and also additional excess goes into more services/goods for members (ie. better production finishing/packaging on the DVD, etc).
also: all the crew are professionally paid in the filming process.
glad you like the idea. your questions are very pertinent, but hopefully you’ll agree we are pretty much striving for (and getting) the right balance.
the membership fee is necessary to fund the project, and is there so those who do support the project can get something immediately tangible for that: participation in the process, voting on decisions, etc.
hope this answers some of your questions
